With my Bible Art,I have tried a multitude of inks (because I own a lot)
SU, CTMH, StazOn, Palette, Fun Stampers Journey, Memento, Versa, Ranger, and they all bleed thru in varying degrees. I don't mind the bleed through.
I have 2 Bibles for Art, in case I want to create on the backside of an already inked page.
