Fun Stampers Journey Blue Lagoon ink, and cardstock

Cut white cardstock 4 inches by 5 1/4 inches

Stamp damask stamp in center.

Using center as point of reference, stamp damask evenly on each side, top, & bottom.

Continue until cardstock is covered.

Matte on coordinating teal cardstock A2 size card

Stamp damask on scrap paper, then on cardstock without re-inking (2nd generation)

Stamp sentiment in center, cut with oval die, and matte on scalloped die

Adhere sentiment to center of card

Punch scalloped white cardstock, add to bottom

Tie ribbon between pattern paper and scalloped edge.
